CANCELLATION POLICY - CAREVAN

 

All business transacted with us on our website are final as a result of the nature of the services we provide. Once your paid subscription request or sponsorship application has been processed and approved, you will be unable to withdraw or cancel your authorization for us to debit you for the services paid for. You may modify your paid subscription, change your payment method, or cancel your account online (via account log in). You can reinstate your paid subscription at any time after cancelling your account, however, we reserve the right not to allow reinstatement if we have previously elected to terminate your subscription. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to not reinstate your subscription at any time without providing any reasons for this decision.

 

All payments are final, and all services paid for are deemed provided irrespective of your use or failure to use or unwillingness to access the services. It logically follows that we won’t be able to reverse any transaction.  There are no methods of chargeback or remedy for the sender of the funds for the services as all payments made are non-refundable.  This policy also applies when you contact us before your payment is completed but it reaches completion before we responded to your request. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR A PAID SUBSCRIPTION. YOU WILL BE CHARGED INITIALLY AND THEREAFTER ON A RECURRING BASIS (I.E. MONTHLY) FOR THE SERVICES TO BE OR ALREADY RECEIVED BY YOU. BY SIGNING UP FOR A PAID SUBSCRIPTION, YOU AGREE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RECURRING CHARGES PRIOR TO ANY CANCELLATION.
